7. Recipe management
- Machine can record and save the parameters or recipe. Before leaving the factory, several tension parameters of common materials will be preset for customers' reference
- The number of recipes is limited only by the size of the hard drive.
- Freely selectable alphanumerical upload and save as recipe name into menu, download the required recipe from the menu

8. Error messages
- An error or an operator message is separately displayed at once in the alarm or message line. All error and operator messages are represented with colored icons in a special display mask, with date and time in succession of their occurrence.
- By this means the time which is necessary for error detection is reduced to a minimum

9. Communication
- Machine has remote control module and fault diagnosis function, which is convenient for Realtime professional service, remote troubleshooting, process support and offers auxiliary functions.
- In the PLC programmable control (SIEMENS) all logical functions and courses are processed

1. How do you control tension system?
Re: SIEMENS Motion control system, SIEMENS Servo Motor. Closed-cycle initiative unwind control, unwind tension control by dancing roller of low friction air cylinder. Open-cycle for rewind control, according to the curve parameters set by system, the motor torque is controlled to accomplish rewind

2. How do you control pressure system?
Re: The pressure setting according to the thickness, width, current diameter and current speed of the raw material to be slit, after superposition through IP Valve to output air pressure to air cylinder to control the contact roller

3. Pressure and tension for different width and thickness of film roll?
Re: System settting the pre-setting tension value, width, thickness and density of raw material, after superposition of current winding diameter, current speed, the calculated results control the servo motor to output the appropriate torque to accomplish rewind

4. Measure length counter by sensor or calculation or both?
Re: Length counting measure is the result calculated by the motor encoder. One independent sensor for outside can be retrofitting which is for comparison display only but do not participate in system control.

5. Measure unwind diameter by sensor or calculation?
Re: Unwind diameter is calculated according to material thickness and signal of motor encoder by system statistics

6. Measure rewind diameter by sensor or calculation?
Re: Rewind diameter is calculated according to material thickness and signal of motor encoder by system statistics

7. Tension profile model, how many points required to make the profile?
Re: The system of tension profile will be pre-setting 10 points of diameter tension curve, speed tension curve and width tension curve before machine leave factory. Points and values corresponding to points can be changed at will in the maximum or minimum range

8. Pressure profile model, how many points to make the profile ?
Re: The system of tension profile will be pre-setting 10 points of diameter pressure curve, speed pressure curve and width pressure curve before machine leave factory. Points and values corresponding to points can be changed at will in the maximum or minimum range

9. Can your machine record the parameter data or not?
Re: The machine can record and save the parameters or recipe. Before leaving the factory, several tension parameters of common materials will be preset for customers' reference

10. Do you use cooling panel? What kind of system?
Re: Independent single cycle Air conditioner installed on the electric cabinet.
